Anxiety elimination sessions

This action aims to:

  • Assist the reconnection of our recipients with nature

  • Provide them breathing technique skills in order to eliminate

eco-anxiety rates

  • Make eco-anxiety therapy available to those in need

offering free services


Breathing Technique classes

Pranayama or the yoga of breath is a proper way to deal with anxiety and especially eco-anxiety. Our recipients are strongly  encouraged to have these classes in nature to have a deep reconnection experience. Currently, these classes are online but we are planning to organise on-site events at different European cities during summer.
