In our written statement to the HRC, we call on Member States to:
✅ Ensure military AI complies with international humanitarian and human rights law
✅ Preserve meaningful human control over AI-assisted targeting and decision-making
✅ Establish robust legal and technical review mechanisms
✅ Subject civilian data (metadata, biometrics, geolocation) to strict legal oversight before military use.
