IRIS's Programmes & Fundraising Manager is responsible for cultivating a donor base for philanthropic gifts and preparing the grant applications of the Organization, based on her expertise in networking with potential donors and the detection of new sources of funds.

Monitoring & Evaluation Project Manager

IRIS's M&E Project Manager is responsible for providing support to proposal development for M&E components, implementing monitoring systems, and designing monitoring tools, as well as contributing to institutional learning processes.

IRIS's Volunteer Manager is responsible for recruiting, interviewing and managing our volunteer network, as well as implementing training programmes and delivering awareness initiatives to drive volunteer numbers upwards.

Project Design Coordinator

IRIS's Project Design Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and monitoring the status of project design; managing changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, as well as conducting research for potential partners.

IRIS's Grants Writer is responsible for EU project proposal writing including scientific excellence, and societal impact, mapping of EU and international funding opportunities, as well as the conceptualization, visualization, and iterative challenging of a new project idea.

IRIS's Operations Specialist is responsible for the coordination of IRIS's programs, initiatives, volunteers, and their activities including the beneficiaries, ensuring that the implementation plans are in place, understood by team members, and effectively enacted as scheduled.

Youth Ambassador - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences

IRIS's Youth Ambassador - Sweden is responsible for empowering young people and giving them a voice towards a more sustainable future as well as for linking the organization with Swedish youth communities by spreading the organization’s mission and vision.

IRIS's Youth Ambassador - Sweden is responsible for establishing working groups with donor communities, implementing partners, local and national governments, NGOs, and CBOs to enhance linkages to actors with a vested interest in IRIS's programs.

Daniel García López

IT Support Provider

IRIS's IT Support Provider is responsible for providing technical support across the Organization. Daniel has core knowledge of operating systems (e.g. Linux) and programming languages (e.g. Python, MATLAB, Maple, C++).
