IRIS's Programmes & Fundraising Manager is responsible for cultivating a donor base for philanthropic gifts and preparing the grant applications of the Organization, based on her expertise in networking with potential donors and the detection of new sources of funds.

IRIS's Operations Specialist is responsible for the coordination of IRIS's programs, initiatives, volunteers, and their activities including the beneficiaries, ensuring that the implementation plans are in place, understood by team members, and effectively enacted as scheduled.

Youth Ambassador - Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences
IRIS's Youth Ambassador - Sweden is responsible for empowering young people and giving them a voice towards a more sustainable future as well as for linking the organization with Swedish youth communities by spreading the organization’s mission and vision.

Youth Ambassador - Uppsala Universität
IRIS's Youth Ambassador - Sweden is responsible for establishing working groups with donor communities, implementing partners, local and national governments, NGOs, and CBOs to enhance linkages to actors with a vested interest in IRIS's programs.
