
SFENTRE efforts aim at providing in-depth review and guidance on slow food aligned entrepreneurship, increasing entrepreneurial and transversal skills to accelerate the slow food entrepreneurship expansion and equipping entrepreneurs with market-oriented skills through a flexible and digital learning opportunity adapted to their learning needs, building alliances and accelerate Slow Food Entrepreneurship, as well as encouraging slow food movement aligned business and behavioural changes of consumers.

Kick-Off Meeting
The Kick-off Meeting of the Project took place in Teruel, Spain, bringing together the organizations’ representatives from Sweden, Italy, Spain, Greece, Cyprus and Spain.





LTTA Greece
The Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (LTTA) in Florina, Greece, took place 20-23 May and brought together participants from all partner countries to enhance their knowledge and skills related to the project’s objectives. Through interactive workshops, practical exercises, group discussions, and peer-learning activities, participants exchanged experiences, explored good practices, and developed new competencies.





TPM Greece
The Transnational Project Meeting (TPM) in Florina, Greece, gathered project partners to review progress, coordinate upcoming activities, and discuss the next steps for successful project implementation. The meeting strengthened collaboration and ensured alignment among all partners.
