LTTA SLOW FOOD & NATURE
The first LTTA of the project took place in Stockholm, Sweden, it had the duration of five days and included the following activities:

Participants worked together for the purpose of pitching their innovative idea over the topic of sustainable agriculture;
-
Participants attended a comprehensive presentation on the ‘effects of wild fishing caused by fast consumption culture on our environment and water resources’;
-
Participants learnt about food sovereignty and food in times of pandemic
LTTA SLOW FOOD & HEALTH
The second LTTA of the project took place in Brescia, Italy, it had the duration of five days and participants learnt about:

The health effects of our eating habits
-
The importance of a balanced diet,
-
Childhood eating habits,
-
Youth eating habits
Participants were also introduced to the Italian cuisine via a cooking lab!
LTTA SLOW FOOD & NUTRITION
The third LTTA of the project took place in Dalaman, Turkey, it had the duration of five days and participants learnt about:

The importance of nutrition in a healthy life

Promotion of diseases caused by malnutrition
-
The effect of proper nutrition on human psychology
Participants also visited the DALYAN Blue Crab Taste and experienced the Fethiye trip!
LTTA SLOW FOOD & CULTURE
The fourth LTTA of the project took place in Avola, Italy, it had the duration of five days and participants learnt about:

Traditional food practices and table habits in EU countries
-
The effects of our eating habits on cultural heritage
-
The cooking styles of EU countries
Participants also visited the historical cities of Avola, Syracuses and Noto.
SLOW FOOD & WASTE MANAGMENT & LOCAL FARMING
The fifth LTTA of the project took place in Rotterdam, Netherlands, it had the duration of five days and participants learnt about:

the harmful effects of household waste created by fast consumption culture to our environment
-
the strategies to support local and small-scale agricultural enterprises,
-
the effects of excessive consumption frenzy on climate change,
-
the European Union’s organic farming vision
Participants gained the opportunity to experience organic farming first hand.
